As with many, a very bad experience. Not checking earlier for any reviews is my problem. I ordered an icemaker in May and have had to email and call constantly to get any kind of status. It's September and still no clear idea of when it will arrive. The only hopeful status update was in my online order that the item was finally at Goedeker's and was finally awaiting shipping. 2 weeks later, no update so I called once again. They said item was damaged and so another had to be ordered which would take another 3 weeks. I would recommend being very aware of what you are considering when ordering from Goedeker's. The prices are attractive and they continue to run deals but it all does not matter if you have to fight to get your product.
I cannot give a rating at this time, I just ordered the product. My feelings about this purchase will only be secure after I receive the product & install it. I suppose I am happy so far, but a lot could go wrong from here.

I ordered a kitchen set from Goedekers in October of 2020, the 16th to be exact. Today is February 26th and I'm still waiting on the appliances. 3 weeks ago the delivery team calls me and says "are you home, we are coming now to drop off your appliances." No scheduling, no call ahead, just called on their way. The next time I got an email, they canceled due to snow. The next time, they got to my city and then turned around because the driver "couldn't make up the street." Finally on the 4th attempt, I come home from work, I meet the delivery team at my house, come to find they only have 3 out of 5 appliances.
Just now i got off the phone with customer support. The guy tells me that my stove isn't coming until APRIL and that the refrigerator has no ship date as of today! We are headed into month 5 with no signs of appliances coming. I will never do business with this company again and would strongly advise anyone reading this to do the same.
For what its worth, the appliances were all KitchenAid... Just north of $7000. 00. Never again
If you read my review about DiscountBandit.com, you'll get the whole truth about my nightmare dealing with these two bandits. Basically they accepted an order to deliver an appliance with NO inventory. I've been waiting since December. I have a remodeled kitchen with no range. I could have purchased it locally for a slightly higher price at the time. Others had the item in inventory. But the promised 6 week time would coincide with the completion of the remodel. They charged my card. They keep moving the delivery date. Now it's March 23 for a ship date. I'm not holding my breath. Very unethical to sell something you cannot deliver in a reasonable time. NEVER buying from Goedecker's, Discount Bandit, and GE again. They all keep passing the blame and I don't care who is ultimately at fault. They need to coordinate the sale and stop blaming "the virus". If you cannot perform because of "the virus" then don't take my money!
Update: March 22, 2021. Ship date of March 23, 2021, promised all year with weekly updates and already unacceptable has now been changed to unknown. Order cancelled. Bought a similar product locally with delivery in 2 days.
We were looking for a new refrigerator and went to Goedeker's. Reese was our sales person. Very knowledgeable. He said delivery wouldn't be a problem - 2 to 3 day's notice. We ordered the refrigerator on a Friday and was told my Reese that he would call us on Monday to arrange delivery. Silence ... haven't heard from Reese since! Called Customer Service. After a big runaround, trying to play phone tag, I was contacted by Tim. He did not resolve our delivery issue and said that Kristin (his supervisor) would call the following day. Silence ... haven't heard from since. Received an email the same day, and it was a refund confirmation??? No explanation. Silence! They have not returned ANY phone calls. Silence. We have never had such a horrible customer service experience. Seems as if once they got their money ... Silence. Need help? Silence. Non-existent customer service. Pathetic! Appliances for new house will definitely NOT be bought at Goedeker's!
AVOID AT ALL COST - Cooktop arrived damage. I contacted customer service immediately. They required me to open the damaged packaging and send photos of the damaged cooktop which I did. No response. Several months passed. Each time I called customer service to arrange a return I waited on hold over an hour. Representatives made promises to get back with me but nothing happened. Eventually I filed a dispute with American Express who investigated and found in my favor issuing a full refund. Only then did Goedeker's arrange the return pickup. Without help from Amex I'd be out $1,400 and stuck with a damaged unusable cooktop.
I was pleasantly surprised. I was initially advised that my order was out of stock and would be delayed multiple weeks. I asked for someone to advise if they had anything similar in stock. They did call and advised me to look through their site to see if I wanted something else. This is a good idea, but that doesn’t help when I want to know which ones are in stock and available for a quicker delivery. I never picked anything but was pleasantly surprised when my desk was delivered 2 weeks earlier than expected. The product was really nice quality too. I would order here again
The sales people tell a good story then nothing. No product. No return calls. No return emails. Absolutely no customer service. 6 weeks now for an in stock product. Have made 4 calls to them and had one reply which was from someone sitting in their kitchen with dogs barking in the background. Said they would get to the bottom of the issue and call me back within 48 hours. That was a week ago. No call.
As much as I hated to I notified BBB, consumer protection, and filed a credit card dispute. Also their trucking company, AM Home Delivery, has canceled three times which tells me the item does not exist or is lost or damaged.
Stay away from both of these outfits. I’m taking this as far as necessary to get satisfaction. It’s all principal now!

I looked at the item several times. Sometime there were color options, other times there were not. Confusing.
I knew everything that was needed and how much it cost. The website stayed up while I gathered information to verify everything, and I didn't have to re-enter everything.
I purchased two daybeds from Goedeker's on 6/3/2020, after finally receiving an update on when the beds would ship I decided to cancel the order. The cancellation was approved and I was told that the pending charge on my Synchrony Home account would be cancelled, this was on 7-3-2020, here we are on 7-17-2020 and still the charge is pending with Synchrony Bank. I've sent multiple emails and spoke with multiple representatives who've said that the pending amount would show available in 7 days, 3 days and etc. I've spoken with Synchrony bank and from personal previous experience THERE IS NO WAIT TIME FOR THE AVAILABLE BALANCE TO UPDATE ONCE A PENDING CHARGE IS CANCELLED, the available balance updates immediately and I even had a Synchrony representative on the phone to confirm This information as well. I do not know why this is so difficult for this company to cancel a pending charge for A CANCELED ORDER! I have never experienced anything like this is my life and will never purchase furniture online again. I just want this pending charge to finally be cancelled so that my available balance will update. What's this company end game? Do they believe people will just forget about their money or refund it's unbelievable that they're still in business.

I could not get in touch with customer service. Their line was always busy. One time I held the phone for 45 min with no reply.
I received 1 email reply to my email complaint 1 month after i wrote to them and never again since.

Best price by far compared to big-box stores as well as locally owned stores.
